Sights Seen – Mini-Gav and Mushrooms

MiniGav

After a trippy, mind-altering experience in Deepholme, Mini-Gav swears to lay off the mushrooms. Seriously. At least, until tomorrow when dailies reset.

Sights Seen: Butler of the Peaks

GavAndJeeves

Gav was in Storm Peaks en route to Dun Niffelem, coming from the Argent Tournament grounds and had a surplus of junk to either store or sell. What to do? Why, call your personal butler, of course!

“Hello, Jeeves, would you take this stuff for me? Oh, and what would you give me for a couple stacks of vendor trash? 2 gold? I’ll take it. Good man, Jeeves. I’ll see you around.”

Sights Seen – Kitty Bomber

WoWScrnShot_022710_083054Here we see Ineveitable taking his pet Mistsabre out for a flight. How nice. Now if druids were supposed to be able to ride their land mount in flight form, that’d make this a boring shot. Instead, it makes Sights Seen. Sometimes glitches are more fun then features.

Sights Seen: Don’t Do the Bottle

MageCity

I knew Dalaran was the City of Mages, but damn! Funny what happens when you swill an Underbelly Elixir, huh? Note to self: Don’t drink scary stuff found in a bottle in the sewers.

Hey, this may be odd, but at least I didn’t bug out like last time.GavBuggedOut

That’s all shades of wrong, there.

Sights Seen: Dad…? Is that You?

Otousan No, Gav, that is not your dad. For one, your dad was probably a pally, too, and pallys can’t use staves. For another thing, he’s freaking HUGE. He probably just drank a Winterfall Firewater, but still. Lastly, he’s a prominent member of the Kiron-tor, and you’re not. He’d still beat you like he was your dad if you keep staring at him, though. Go ahead, try it. Just make sure you know where the nearest graveyard is first.

Sights Seen: Fresh from the Sewer

GavTunnel

Here we see Gav soaring out of the Dalaran Sewers Tunnel. I had never used it prior to this, so this was a first. Of course, I’m not sure about the sanitation of such a tunnel, nor the sanity of those who would use it as an exit route.

Sights Seen: Blood Paladin

Bloodpally

Doing Mustard Dogs this morning reminded my of the last time I did it, and a picture I forgot to post. Meet the Blood Paladin, so named as he is coated in the blood of his enemies. His mount is coated too, for whatever reason.

Ok, what happened was Mustard Dogs was the same day as Blood is Thicker, which involves coating one’s self in animal blood and diving into the sea to attract Bloodtooth Frenzies. I completed the fishing quest, and went further west in Borean Tundra to kill rhinos for the Rhino Dogs. Still being in Borean Tundra, I continued to get the coasted-in-blood debuff. And so this picture was born.

Alazar’s Sights Seen – Angry Jungle Gnome!

AngryJungleGnome

Here is one of the Angry Jungle Gnomes who assaulted me once I drank the Stranglethorn Brew. It turns out I was lucky enough in my screencap frenzy to catch a good shot of one from the first time it happened, in Shadowmoon Valley.

What the hell is up with this? I’m of course going to go for Brew of the Month again this year, but I hope next time it doesn’t involve gnomes attacking me for no reason.

Sights Seen: The Amazing Gavelier

GavStandsOnGryphon

Here we see the amazing Gavelier, standing aback his gryphon in Icecrown at the Argent Tournament. Unlike most, who must sit on their mount to stay on it, Gav can ride while standing upright. That’s just how good he is.

Or maybe it was just a funny glitch.

Sights Seen: When Voidwalkers Attack

VoidwalkersGoneBad My main warlock, a human named Crane, is one of the inspirations for Sibyl in my webcomic, Gavelier’s World of Warcraft (the other being the notoriously anti-WoW Betasim). However, it seems that after dinging level 20 in Lakeshire, Crane’s voidwalker, Kragnos, has had enough, and engulfed Crane’s cranium.

So, what have we learned? Number one: don’t overwork your Voidwalker just for to earn a level. Number two: have his cast button on hotbar so you can dispel him when you inevitably do overwork him for that level.
